FOREWORD

When I went into   well-deserved retirement in 1993, 49 years of work lay behind me. If you ignore the changes of name over the years, always with the same company. 

As a boy at the age of 14 I joined the 1944"Theisen Brothers"training. During that time, I've seen people come and go, family fates, climbed the ladder, and faced near bankruptcy.

When I was young, I had started to bring pictures, photos and contemporary documents to safety in order to publish them - if there was enough time. That time has now come after completing my family chronicle over the last few years.
